Our comfortable First Class lounges are great places to catch up on some news and enjoy a coffee before your train leaves.

All our lounges offer:

drinks and snacks
Wi-Fi
somewhere to charge your mobile devices
live TV, and train information
access to assistance dogs (other well-behaved dogs are also welcomed at Paddington)

London Paddington opening hours

Location: Platform 1

- you can use our lounges up to 2 hours before your outward journey, and up to 1 hour after you arrive
- the drinks and snacks on offer are only for consumption in the lounge; we have separate catering on our long-distance, high-speed services
- our Paddington lounge is dog-friendly; this means that, as well as registered assistance dogs, well-behaved dogs on leads are also welcome
- we are unable to offer storage facilities for unaccompanied luggage
- we do not allow non-folding bikes in the lounge; there is a secure storage area between platforms 8 and 9
