Retimed and cancelled journeys

Sometimes, we will have to cancel trains or make changes to the train service, which may affect your journey.

When this happens, you can travel on one of the two services immediately before or after your original train. If you have a connecting journey, we will provide additional flexibility to help you complete your trip.

If your journey is changed, you can check the available services to re-plan your trip.
