What to expect from Foodies Festival

Head to South Parks for Oxford Foodies Festival 2022 – a celebration of top chefs, tasty food, delicious drinks and live music. 

The music headline acts for 2022 are:
  • Friday – The Feeling
  • Saturday – Toploader
  • Sunday – Natalie Imbruglia

Don’t miss the event's biggest Hot Chilli Challenge ever – Celebrity MasterChef winner and YouTuber Riyadh Khalaf vs Foodies’ own Chilli Queen, live on the MAH Music Stage.

Watch MasterChef champions, Michelin-starred and top local chefs cooking their signature summer recipes in the Chefs Theatre. See champion Daniel Lee and finalist Aaron Middleton from MasterChef: The Professionals 2021 showing off their skills in the Chefs Theatre, alongside legedary French chef Daniel Galmiche. Local favourite Mike North of the Michelin-starred Nut Tree will also be cooking up a storm, as will Paul Welburn.

Learn how to make show-stopping cakes in the Cake and Bake Theatre with expert bakers, including Sunday Brunch‘s baking expert Jack Sturgess. Great British Bake Off 2021 favourite Jürgen Krauss will share his best baking hints and tips live on stage with recipes that are as delicious to look at as they are to eat. Rising star Kitty Tait of The Orange Bakery will show off one of her recipes from her new book Breadsong.

Sample new wines, champagnes and cocktails in the Drinks Theatre. Eat delicious street food from around the world. Taste new flavours. Meet artisan producers. Have fun all day with chilli eating competitions and food challenges! Kids join in the fun at the Kids Cookery Theatre.

How to get to Foodies Festival

Travel to Oxford with GWR from across the South West. On arrival at Oxford, hop on a bus outside the station for a short ride to the festival site.
