This is an approximate 10 minute walk from the station entrance. Please follow the green signs and posters or use what 3 words ///tools.round.grass to find the bus stop.
Please note, this only affects buses during planned engineering works. Any replacement transport recruited during live service disruption will be located at the usual advertised location outside of the Milner Hotel (exit the station and turn left). Station teams will also be able to advise if the location has been amended for any reason.

Lifts and level access to all platforms. Lift available from station concourse (platform 3) to platforms 5 -11. Customer assistance available 'Call for Aid' button by taxi rank at front of station. No level access to National Rail Museum via platforms 10/11, exit at front of station and around Station Hotel.
Staff can deploy station ramps at all times when trains are operating through this station to help customers who need step-free access board any train at this station. Where in circumstances beyond our control station staff are not available, on train staff can deploy the on board ramp if necessary.
