- Platform 2 (for trains towards Lowestoft) - There are two help points on this platform and both are fixed to the grey posts beneath the customer information screens. One is located between the former station building and the waiting shelter, and the other is next to the level crossing at the end of Station Road.

For pre-planned rail replacement ONLY- Served by minibus from Somerleyton Station Car Park which runs between Haddiscoe, Somerleyton and Lowestoft (as a shuttle for local journeys). This service connects into the main rail replacement bus service between Norwich and Lowestoft.
During emergency rail replacement please use other local stations, use the help point or speak to Station staff.
